The region below the High Tatras offers not only attractive views all year round, but also high-altitude ski slopes and excellent opportunities for fun in the snow in modern ski resorts during the winter months. There are the ski resorts directly in the High Tatras. Park Snow Strbské Pleso and the ski resort in Tatranská Lomnica, where the longest ski slope in Slovakia is also located. An easier downhill route is offered by Jakubkova Lúka and Hrebienok in Starý Smokovec.
You can really enjoy the panorama of the High Tatras while skiing from the Lučivná Snowpark, the Lopušná Dolina Ski Resort or the slopes of the Ski Tatras – Tatrasvit.
